Abstract

             Allama Ghulam Rasool Saeedi was one of the great scholars and writer in his period. And all his services in Islam has rendered in research field in the light of examples in his own time. No other religious scholar has done much research work religiously as Allama Ghulam Rasool Saeedi has done properly. However, all of his research work is covered eproximately, sixty thousand pages. He has achieved an important place in Urdu enlightenments. We can also call his this Tafseer (Tibiyan-ul-Quran) as Tafsir-ul-Quran-e-Hadith which consists of twelve volumes.For example, what Shari'ah ruling on video and video images? Gun hunting research? Proof of acquiring scientific knowledge from Qur'an and Hadith? Shariah order of postmortem? Medical science research on plague? And hundreds of other such issues are included in his written Tafseer Tabian-ul-Quran.
