A Comparative Analysis of Capitalism and Socialism with Islamic Economics System

Islam is a code of conduct that contains guidance on every aspect of life. There is no any part of human life that is not guided by Islam. So there are also Islamic Teachings in the field of Economics. The principles and rules of Islamic Economic system, in contrast to Capitalism and Socialism, are the guarantors of prosperity and development for economic and social life. This research paper discusses these three Economic systems and it also introduces them and their characteristics, and at the same time, this paper touches upon rules and principles and advantages and disadvantages of the above economic theories. This paper asserts that espousing the principles of Islamic economics leads to sound economic and social foundation of a given society, whereas the creeds of Capitalism and Socialism lie at the root of all economic and social evils. The precepts of economics in Islam are essentially divine whereby success can be achieved in this world and the hereafter
